### **Returns Eligibility**
Returns are accepted within **30 days** of delivery.

To qualify for a return:
– The item must be unused  
– The item must be in original condition  
– The item must include all original packaging (if applicable)

### **We accept returns in these situations**
– Defective or damaged item  
– Wrong item received  
– Item not as described  

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us within **7 days** of receiving it.

### **How to Start a Return**
Contact us at support@leclairandco.ca** with:
– Your order number  
– A brief description of the issue  
– Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

We will reply with return instructions.

### **Return Shipping Costs**
Return shipping fees are:
– **Paid by Leclair &Co.** for defective or incorrect items  
– **Paid by the customer** for all other returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.)

### **Refunds**
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:
– Approve or deny the refund  
– Notify you by email  
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank.

– Items showing signs of use  
– Items returned without authorization  
– Final sale items  
– Personalized or modified items (if applicable)
